NOTE TO PHONE SALES CUSTOMERS: The Zoellner Arts Center box office has a queuing system in place to augment their four box office phone lines. If you call and the four lines are full, you will be placed into a queue until the next ticket representative becomes available. The queue can hold up to 30 callers at a time. This queuing system should allow callers to get through more easily and cut down on the need to redial. Once the queue reaches capacity, callers will hear a busy signal and need to try their call again. People in the queue can remain on the line for up to 30 minutes. Once that time limit is reached (and hopefully no one has that problem), the call will be disconnected.
